Indesign Specialist for Non-fiction Book

I am looking for an experienced professional to help me publish my non-fiction book. I already have a design in mind, it wouldn't hurt to have an expert touch for an appealing layout. We will only need basic layout customized to my preferences. Ideal freelancers will have:
