1. Find all non-English words/paragraphs
2. try to match with another language/Dictionary
3. when found in another language dictionary, apply a unique character style for every language entry found
4. possible case might be, one word, multiple word, or a sentence or paragraphs.
5. apply unique character style for Unicode characters.
