Indesign or Photoshop Food Menu Editing

I have already purchased a food menu template from Envato. So you won't make any design. Page design is ready and u can see it in the attachment. What do I need?

* Add my menu to the current design (100 110 food name and explanation )
* Change logo and other things
* Add photo to menu
*Copy and make same style back cover
