Indesign to Animated Flip Book

We design books for our clients using Adobe Indesign.
Seems there are nice new features in InDesign that allow animating and publishing flipbooks.

We need someone who can take the file that we have and animate it as per example... images or text drop late or some animation with lights popping and include video.
Maximum 140 papges document.
Animation on about 100 pages.
Just subtle animation on some pages will be sufficient.
