InDesign tables tool help using supplied indd template - multi page help required

I need some urgent support with the Appendix of a document using Adobe Indesign. I have an InDesign file and on each page has some tables (using the indd table tool), the tables fill most of the A4 area and there are multiple pages. I have new text to go into these tables to replace the text content. I ned help adding the new content to the template, no creativity required just artworking
