InDesign - semi-complex document

I am looking for an experienced InDesign designer to create a semi-complex training document for my company. The purpose of this document is to provide training materials to our employees.

Design Requirements:
- I have specific design requirements that need to be followed for this document.
- I will provide all design details and preferences to the selected freelancer.

Content:
- All content for the document is ready and will be provided to the freelancer.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in using InDesign software.
- Experience in designing training documents or similar materials.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific design requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver the project within the given timeframe.

My notes:

A Guiding doc.pdf - has "final" design - it is not necessary that you copy design 1:1, but if you can get it as close as possible.

I don't have InDesign file for "A guiding doc.pdf".

If you are willing to do this "urgent" job, let me know. (Have to be done by Sunday 1.10. by 11:00 morning time).

Ideally, you will deliver InDesign file with inputted slovenian file in similar design as attached PDF.
