InDesign redo of a one pager (two sided) - Phase I

Hello Freelancer,
My name is Daniel, I'm a single entrepreneur who has reframed its business objectives.
Here is the mandate all about. It is complex, yet super simple. I'm just super precise as to how I want things done.
In short, I reccuperated an InDesign projet with the wish to update the info. I purchased one Adobe licence thinking I could learn the software to do it myself. Except that I just can't find the time to do it, so I need help. Here are the specs:
Project name: DepliantCorpoJan2022
I speak french and the flyer I want to get done is in French. Therefore I've done my best to explain the work to do so that you don't have to worry about the language issue..

- The production of the next magazine: No. 108.4

Phase II is a continuation of the first draft you will produce for me. Once you've delivered this Phase I, it is possible that I close the project as there will be a waiting time of about two weeks to get the piece proofread before sending you Phase II.
