InDesign expert needed to format a 150 page book

My teenage son wrote a 150 page (30,000) word book that he plans to self-publish on Amazon. He would like the book to look polished and professional. Ideally, the formatting would look similar to "I Will Teach You To Be Rich" by Ramit Sethi. With different sized fonts, some pages are shaded grey and some are white, some headings are in white font in a black box and some headings are in black bold writing. There are also small images like paperclips and pointing fingers. I will attach pictures to this post.
