InDesign data automation/data merge files changing

We need Indesign help that we need to map data merit fields from Excel or CSV sources to the design files so that the correct text will be there. We need you to have been working before with data merge with more advanced. Our files have hundreds of pages where in many fields, 10s of different languages later, which will be added via this data merge from Indesign.
Your job is to take files. in one language and match all the fields. And so that the text will be replaced with the data merged attached and then exported to the back end, send it to us
