InDesign Specialist for Print Material Design

We are a Language Translation company. Our client has a regular production of print-ready, English language, brochures, flyers and documents with images, logos, etc. These documents are usually sent to us in Word, PDF and InDesign.
Originals are in English, we then translate them into different languages, but in Word or PDF formats, not in InDesign format.

We need an InDesign expert to help transfer and design my print materials from PDF and Word into InDesign. The project involves working with brochures and flyers and other documents.
Your assignments therefore will be to have them exported back into InDesign and be print-ready for client. The translated version (target) must look as close as possible to the original English (source).
Originals also have Images that are not readily editable. In these cases, the translations are sent to you to be added in Text Boxes to these images.


Ideal skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and PDF
- Strong attention to detail for layout and formatting
- Availability, respect for deadlines (TAT, ETA) a must.
- Serious and experienced
- Confidential
