Image-Heavy Stone Catalog Design

I need a seasoned layout designer to turn my raw product photos and brief captions into a polished catalog of well over 200 pages—about 80 % of every spread will be imagery, with concise specs or pricing alongside. The finished piece must be supplied in two versions: a high-resolution interactive PDF for online sharing and a press-ready file with bleed, crop marks, and CMYK colour profile ready for offset or digital print.

Visual direction is firmly Professional & Corporate: clean grids, consistent typography, restrained colour accents that let the stone textures stand out. Expect large hero shots, full-bleed backgrounds, and clear section dividers for the different stone ranges.

Because the document is image driven, I’ll rely on you to optimise and balance file size without sacrificing clarity. I can provide:
• All product photography (retouched but not yet laid out)
• A simple text document with product codes, dimensions, and optional prices
• Brand guidelines for fonts and colour palette

Deliverables
• Interactive PDF (retina-friendly, <200 MB)
• Print-ready PDF/X-1a with 3 mm bleed
• Packaged InDesign folder (or your preferred pro layout software) with linked assets

Acceptance criteria: every page passes pre-flight for print, hyperlinks work in the digital version, and visual consistency is maintained from cover to final index.
