INDD to IDML Conversion Needed

I have a single, error-free Adobe InDesign (.indd) document that I can no longer open because I no longer have access to InDesign. I need the file exported to the IDML format so I can continue working on it in Scribus.
During the conversion I want the original text formatting, all images and graphics, and the existing page layout to remain intact. Please return a clean, fully-functional .idml file that opens without warnings. A quick turnaround would be appreciated so I can get back to production work right away.
