High-End Souvenir Book Design

I’m commissioning a print-ready souvenir book that will capture our organisation’s achievements, celebrate recent milestones, showcase key members and, above all, give us memorable national-level visibility. The book must feel both modern yet classic and elegant while still delivering bold, vibrant moments that keep every page engaging. Think premium coffee-table quality—rich imagery, balanced typography, impeccable grids, and contemporary flourishes that never overshadow the content.

You’ll be working with very little hand-holding, so I need someone who can independently develop mood boards, propose fresh themes, generate or source high-resolution visuals, and lay everything out for flawless CMYK offset print. Advertisements will feature prominently, so each ad page has to integrate smoothly with the editorial sections without breaking the visual rhythm.

A Hyderabad(India)-based designer is ideal for quick reviews, yet I’m open to outstanding talent from elsewhere provided deadlines remain tight. Speed is important; once I supply copy, photos, logos and ad assets, I expect rapid iterations and decisive progress.

Primary deliverables:
• Complete print-ready PDF (300 dpi, CMYK, with bleeds and crop marks)
• Cover design plus spine setup
• Press-quality images and graphics, licensed or original
• Source files (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) organised for future updates

Final files must pass pre-press checks and be ready for immediate hand-off to our printing partner.

If you thrive on creative autonomy, know your way around Adobe InDesign and the full Adobe CC suite, and can hit an ambitious timeline without sacrificing polish, I’d love to see a portfolio of comparable multi-page publications and take this forward right away.
