High-End Investor Pitch Deck Design (UAE Joint Venture – Facility Management / PropTech)

**Project Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled presentation designer to create a premium, investor-grade pitch deck for a strategic joint venture in the UAE facility management sector.

This is not a generic slide design task. The deck must communicate a clear, high-value commercial narrative to a senior executive audience and visually reflect a sophisticated, tech-enabled service offering.

**Scope of Work:**

* Design a 20-slide pitch deck based on fully written content (provided)
* Transform structured content into a visually compelling, executive-level presentation
* Incorporate clean, modern infographics to simplify complex concepts
* Ensure strong visual hierarchy, clarity, and flow
* Align design with premium brand positioning (minimal, sharp, high-end aesthetic)
* Infographics where appropriate to make pages engaging
* Deliver in Canva (preferred) or Adobe Indesign

**What We’re Looking For:**

* Proven experience designing investor or corporate pitch decks
* Strong ability to translate business concepts into visual storytelling
* High attention to detail and layout precision
* Experience with infographics, diagrams, and data visualisation
* Ability to work quickly without compromising quality

**Important:**
This deck will be presented to senior leadership of an established UAE company. The standard must reflect that.
