High-End Gardening Leaflet Design

Job ID: 39866577

Budget: £250 – £750 GBP

I need a sophisticated, double-sided leaflet that will speak directly to affluent homeowners and property managers. The primary goal is to promote two core services—premium garden maintenance and bespoke fencing—while reinforcing my brand’s reputation for elegance and attention to detail.

Visual direction
• Overall look: elegant and refined, with clean typography, generous white space, and a muted, nature-inspired palette.
• Imagery: high-resolution photos that showcase impeccable lawns, manicured borders, and striking fencing installations.
• Tone of copy: concise, confident, and benefit-driven. I can supply key bullet points, but I’m happy for you to polish them into persuasive micro-copy and headings.

Key content for each side
Side A
– Hero image with an understated logo placement.
– Headline introducing our signature garden maintenance packages.
– Short list of standout benefits (e.g., fortnightly visits, specialist pruning, seasonal planting).
– Discreet call-out box for fencing solutions.

Side B
– Spotlight on bespoke fencing: materials, craftsmanship, and design versatility.
– Client testimonial or quick case study for social proof.
– Contact details with a clear call to action (phone, email, website).
– Subtle reinforcement of overall brand values.

Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed, crop marks) suitable for standard A5 or similar—confirmable before final export.
• Editable source file (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator) with well-organised layers and linked assets.
• Fonts and imagery either licensed for commercial use or clearly identified for purchase.
• A quick mock-up on a clean background so I can visualise the finished piece.

Timeline & collaboration
I’m looking to move quickly; an initial concept within 3 days, with two refinement rounds to follow. I’ll be responsive with feedback to keep momentum.

If you have experience crafting upscale marketing materials for landscaping, interior design, or luxury services, I’d love to see relevant samples.
