We are finalizing a high-quality, full-color book which will be published in English.
We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented book formatter/layout designer to prepare the manuscript for print and digital publication.
What We Need:
Interior layout for approximately 250–300 A5 pages
Proper formatting for:
Front matter (title, TOC, dedication, intro)
25 main chapters
Appendices, index, research papers, and glossary
Full-color infographics, photos, and charts
Clean typography for body text, headings, quotes, and captions
Technical Specs:
Trim Size: A5 (148 x 210 mm)
Format: PDF (print-ready), EPUB, and source files (Word, InDesign, or Affinity)
Color Mode: CMYK for print, RGB for digital
Compatibility with Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and international print specs
Requirements:
Strong portfolio of formatted books (especially full-color or educational)
Ability to manage images, text wraps, and page balance
Fluent in typographic hierarchy, spacing, and visual clarity
Experience working with multilingual layout is a huge plus
