Hebrew text design

I am looking for a skilled designer to create a Hebrew text design for digital media. The design should have a traditional style and convey a serious/professional tone. The ideal candidate should have experience in Hebrew typography and digital media design. Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are preferred.
