Handwritten Menu to Word Template

I have a single restaurant menu that currently exists only as a scanned, handwritten sheet. I need it rebuilt from scratch as a clean, fully editable Microsoft Word (.docx) template. The layout should stay true to the original content but adopt a minimalistic look—ample white space, simple lines, and no decorative flourishes.

I will supply the exact font files and color codes to use, so please be comfortable installing custom fonts in Word and setting up reusable color themes. All text areas must be easy for my team to update later; styles and paragraph settings should be applied instead of manual formatting.

Deliverable: one Word template that opens flawlessly in Office 365, with predefined styles, correctly embedded fonts, and color theme applied.
