Graphic Designer needed to produce proposal documents

Hello,
I am looking for a graphic designer to help put together proposal and pitch documents for my company. I will write the content and then I need someone to put the information into a small 3-4 page brochure-style document, in accordance with my company's branding and style. I can share templates for this.
There is no set amount of work but I would think there will be 2-3 documents to put together each week. The right candidate should be a clear communicator and reliable.
