Folded Conference Program Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I will upload two key files:
1) the mock-up that shows the design as far as color scheme
2) a draft brochure that already contains the wording, logos, and photos.
Your task is to merge these so the finished piece keeps the mock-up’s structure but swaps in the correct copy, logos, and images from the draft. The result should be a double-fold (one sheet, four panels) program that attendees can easily follow for the schedule.
Panel breakdown
• Front left – keep the supplied logo and mission statement.
• Front right – conference title with its logo.
• Inside left – welcome message plus Friday agenda.
• Inside right – Saturday and Sunday agenda.
Key points
• The main goal is clarity: attendees must be able to glance at the program and know where to be and when.
• No fixed font requirement; choose anything legible that feels professional yet approachable.
• I’m open on colour palette—feel free to improve on the mock artist’s choices if you see a cleaner solution, as long as every supplied logo keeps its corporate colours.
• Deliver a print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks, plus the editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator or Affinity Designer are all fine).
• Before final delivery, send a low-res proof so I can double-check text and panel order.
