Bi-Fold Construction Brochure Design

I’m ready to turn the copy I’ve written into a polished bi-fold brochure that presents our construction and property-maintenance firm at a glance. The piece needs to flow through three key sections—company introduction, services overview, and a small project portfolio—so prospects can understand who we are, what we do, and see real results, all within two inside panels.

Brand consistency is important to me. I’d like you to lift colour palette, typography cues, and any appropriate graphics directly from our website so the brochure feels like a natural extension of our online presence. Where photography or icons are required, please match the clean, professional style we already use.

Final layout will be an A4 (or US Letter equivalent) bi-fold, suitable for both professional print and digital sharing. Once the design is approved, I’ll need:

• A press-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks
• An editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) so we can make minor updates in-house later
