Feature Film Screenplay Formatting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a completed feature-length screenplay sitting in a plain Word doc, and also as a PDF. I need it transformed into true Hollywood-standard format. The story and wording are locked; what I’m after is a detail-oriented formatter who can take the existing text and lay it out exactly as studios expect to see it.
The draft is roughly 117 pages. I want proper 12-pt Courier, correct margins, slug lines, dialogue blocks, parentheticals, page numbers, and continued marks—everything that makes a script look professional, without touching the creative content. You’re welcome to use Final Draft, Celtx, WriterDuet, or another industry tool; just let me know which one so I can make future edits if needed.
Deliverables
• Print-ready PDF in Hollywood format
• Editable source file from the software you used
• Brief note on any technical fixes that changed page count (no story edits)
If something isn’t clear in the text, flag it, but please keep every word as written. Excited to see the manuscript polished and production-ready.
