Extract Text and recreate Layout from scanned pdf of a book.

We need someone to recreate a book layout in indesign from a pdf file of a scan of the book. The freelancer needs to extract the text from the scan using OCR technology, and using that text he/she recreates the layout in indesign to match the scanned copy. The final file should be reviewed thoroughly to make sure the text extraction and layout changes s error free.
