Expert Portfolio Designer Needed to Elevate Interior Design Portfolio (Targeting Top US Firms)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am an interior designer preparing to apply for positions at top-tier architecture and design firms in the United States (such as Gensler, SOM, HOK, Perkins&Will, etc.).
I already have an existing portfolio with my project content, renderings, and drawings. I am looking for an expert graphic designer or architectural/interior design portfolio consultant to revamp, polish, and elevate my current portfolio so that it meets the rigorous standards of these industry-leading companies.
Scope of Work:
Redesign and Formatting: Create a clean, modern, and highly professional layout that highlights my work without distracting from it.
Visual Storytelling: Improve the sequencing and flow of the projects to create a compelling narrative from start to finish.
Typography & Branding: Select appropriate fonts, color palettes, and create a cohesive personal brand identity throughout the document.
Image Enhancement: Minor touch-ups or adjustments to renderings and CAD/Revit drawings to ensure they read well on the page (e.g., line weights, cropping, color correction).
File Optimization: Deliver two high-quality PDFs optimized for email/web submission (under 10MB and 5MB) and a high-resolution version for printing, along with the source files.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience designing portfolios for architects or interior designers.
A strong understanding of what top US design firms look for in applicant portfolios.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Excellent eye for minimalism, white space, typography, and architectural graphic standards.
What I Will Provide:
My current portfolio (for reference).
All high-resolution project images, renderings, plans, and sketches.
All project descriptions and text.
