Expert Designer needed for Magazine

We have an internal magazine that needs to be laid out. The look is already established, so there will be a template to work from, but you will also have some creative license. Edits will be on a fairly tight deadline, so good communication is a must. Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign. A Packaged InDesign file will need to be send upon completion.
