Overview
I’m looking for a detail-oriented designer or VA with strong digital formatting skills to lay out and design a 7-part e-book series for my bariatric coaching brand.
All copy and assets will be provided — I need you to make it visually cohesive, clean, and aligned with my established brand aesthetic.
Project Scope
Format 7 digital e-books (60–100 pages each)
Create a unified visual theme across all books (cover, layout, section headers, icons, colours)
Export high-quality PDFs
Provide templates for future updates
Deliverables
1 series-wide visual style (fonts, spacing, covers) but differentiate between each book, so they are distinguishable as a series but also as individual books.
7 formatted, on-brand e-books
Export-ready PDFs
Source files (Canva or InDesign)
Style guide document for consistency
Ideal Skills
Canva or Adobe InDesign proficiency
Eye for minimalist, clean, classy, sheik design
Strong attention to visual detail (alignment, consistency, typography)
Familiarity with wellness/lifestyle branding a plus
Strong English comprehension for layout accuracy
Timeline
Initial design + first book: within 3 weeks
Remaining 6 books: completed within 4-6 weeks (noting books 2-7 should take less time once template from book 1 has been created)
