Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m finalising two connected wedding celebrations and now need the full set of “on-the-day” stationery shaped into a timeless, classic and elegant look. Each piece must feel cohesive across both events while allowing the two celebrations to have their own subtle personality.
Scope
Please develop print-ready artwork (CMYK, 300 dpi, PDF + editable source files) for the following:
• Welcome sign – 2 individual designs (one per event)
• Order of the day – 1 design covering the main celebration timeline
• Wedding menu – 2 designs to match each dinner aesthetic
• Seating chart – 1 unified design that complements both events
• Place/name cards – 1 design, scalable for guest list updates
• Order of service – 2 designs, aligned with ceremony details
Creative direction
The overarching mood is classic and elegant—think refined typography, balanced negative space and sophisticated accents. I’m open on colour palette and font pairings as long as they reinforce that polished feel; feel free to propose options that photograph beautifully and remain legible in low-light reception settings.
Deliverable expectations
• Consistent visual language across all pieces
• Trim, bleed and safe-zone marks included
• Fonts either outlined or packaged
• Layered files in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator for last-minute text tweaks
• Clear hand-off notes: stock suggestions, paper weight, and any spot-foil or emboss recommendations
Timeline
I’d like initial concepts for each item within one week, followed by two revision rounds and final files no later than three weeks from project start.
