Elegant Textile Brochure Design
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a polished, print-ready brochure that I can email as a PDF to fashion designers, garment manufacturers, wholesalers, boutiques, apparel brands, and other prospective clients. The visual direction is classic and elegant, using neutral tones that sit comfortably beside our VK Mehra & Co. logo and allow the rich texture of our fabrics to take center stage.
Content to include
• A concise history of VK Mehra & Co. and our evolution in the textile market.
• A well-structured product catalogue highlighting our core materials—Can Can, Maharani Hard Net, Japanese Net, Soft Net, and related garment support fabrics used in lehengas, gowns, bridal wear, and other ethnic garments.
• Clear “Why Choose Us” messaging that underscores our quality control, industry experience, and ability to serve multiple segments.
Layout & tone
The brochure should flow like a short story, introducing who we are, then moving naturally into what we manufacture and the industries we serve. Elegant typography, ample white space, and refined imagery are key; avoid overly ornate flourishes that could distract from the fabric photography.
Deliverables
• Eight-to-ten page brochure designed in Adobe InDesign (or comparable professional tool)
• High-resolution print-ready PDF (CMYK) plus an optimized digital PDF for email
• All working files and linked assets so we can update future collections internally
• Font list and any image licensing details
Acceptance criteria
The final PDF must open flawlessly on common email clients, maintain crisp text at 200% zoom, and keep file size under 10 MB without compromising image quality. Color swatches should align with Pantone neutrals we will supply after project kickoff.
Timeline is flexible for quality, but an initial draft within one week would be ideal so I can review copy flow and image placement before we finalize.
