Educational Book Design for Teenagers

I'm looking for a designer to help me lay out my 200+ page educational book aimed at teenagers. The designer will be responsible for:
- Formatting the book for print and digital versions
- Adding relevant images and graphics
- Creating a modern visual style in line with the target audience
- Ensuring the overall design is engaging and age-appropriate
Ideal candidates should have prior experience with book design, particularly for the educational genre. A strong understanding of modern design aesthetics is crucial. Knowledge of, or experience working with, educational content aimed at teenagers would be a significant advantage.
