Edit an indesign document with different data points

Need someone to make specific changes to indesign documents as part of a mailing of around 50 applications - update name, address, name of foundation and budget in all documents approximately 15-17 changes per document. Will involve searching for contact details for each organisation and entering them into a spread sheet as well as working out the Total amount for the 4 budget lines (50%, 25%, 12.5% and 12.5%) based on the total budget.
