Door-Ready Informational Flyer

I need a clean, compelling flyer that neighbours can easily slip through letterboxes without folding or fuss. Its sole purpose is informational: I want local residents to gain clear awareness of the sector we operate in and understand why it matters to them.

Please create the full layout and supply print-ready artwork (CMYK, 300 dpi, with 3 mm bleed) alongside a web-optimised PDF I can share digitally. Size should suit standard door drops—A5 or similar—while keeping weight low enough for economical printing.

Copy is short and to the point; I will provide the exact wording once the design direction is settled. Until then, use placeholder text so we can lock down hierarchy, imagery and overall look. Colour palette should match our existing branding; I’ll share the logo files as soon as the project starts.
