Digital Letterhead Word Document Creation

I need assistance creating a functional digital letterhead Word document from a design we developed. We have actually created the Word doc that uses our design but we are getting complaints that when they go to copy and paste into the digital letterhead Word doc we developed that the formatting gets all messed up and does not do what they want it to do. For example, one elements we are hearing is "The bullets are way to the left, and it when you push enter it won’t go back."

What I am in need of is for someone to take the our Word doc that already has the letterhead design implemented into it and set the formatting so it is a normal word doc formatting for text as what would occur when you open a new Word doc (this goes for left and right margins as well).
