Designer for Documentary Producing and Directing Workbook

I am searching for an experienced workbook designer to collaborate with me to develop an engaging and effective workbook for emerging documentarians.

The workbook content will include:
- Instructional text
- Quotes
- Writing prompts
- Visual aids (charts, graphs, images)

I already have a cover design, mood board, color palette, initial sample layouts, and draft text.

I would like a designer to work with me to create templates that I can fill in (either using InDesign or another platform) that will guide my writing and work prompts process.

Once I have completed a first draft of the workbook, the designer will collaborate with me to finalize page layouts and manage the printing/production process.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing workbooks and workbook templates.
- Proficiency in graphic design and layout software
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging content.
- Exceptional collaborative and communication skills
- Significant experience in printing processes and final production.
