Design of box for a game and conversion of 2 files from Indesign to Scribus

1-DESIGN OF THE BOX in ADOBE and SCRIBUS
I am creating a new version of an existing game, and need a new design for the box of the game, that will be a variation of the existing one, that you can see in pdf. I will give separately more details. I ll give as input the existing files created with Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.
The output will be the in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Indesign), and also in Scribus 1.4.8.
I have as well uploaded the template used to design the box.
2-CONVERSION OF 2 FILES FROM INDESIGN TO SCRIBUS
As I do not have an Adobe license, I would like to convert 2 files (box and instructions) into Scribus 1.4.8 (https://www.scribus.net/) so that I can edit if I want to change a text or replace a graphical component.
You can see both files, attached in .pdf.
I have read there is a possibility to make by exporting from Adobe in postscript format.

Otherwise, if it does not work I imagine it will be a copy-paste
It would be good if you can give your quotation for the 2 different activities separately.
