Design of Three Professional Brochures for Construction and Renovation Company
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are an international construction company operating across Benelux. We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create three distinct brochures for our Renovation Division.
Each brochure will target a different client segment, but must remain visually and conceptually consistent with our corporate identity.
Scope of Work:
Brochure 1 – Residential Renovations
Focus: Private clients / homeowners.
Content: Full interior & exterior renovations, energy upgrades, windows, insulation, facade renewal.
Brochure 2 – Commercial & Institutional Renovations
Focus: Developers, architects, contractors.
Content: Large-scale renovation projects, facade re-cladding, technical rand structural upgrades.
Brochure 3 – Full-Scope Renovation Solutions
Focus: General overview of Renovation Division as part of the company.
Content: Integrated services from design & engineering to construction & delivery.
Design Requirements:
Use our visual identity (colors, logo, fonts — will be provided).
Format: A4 tri-fold or 8-page layout (PDF + editable file).
Language: French / Dutch.
Include images, icons, and layout design (we can supply some photos if needed).
The three brochures should share a coherent structure but differ slightly in focus, imagery, and message.
Budget: 100 Euro. May be adjusted if the quality of the work and portfolio of the designer is satisfactory.
