I need a designer who can translate my home-construction packages into three separate, print-ready brochures of up to 30 pages each. Every brochure represents a different pricing tier with unique content, yet all three must share a consistent, classic and elegant aesthetic—think refined typography, generous white space, and a timeless layout style that will appeal to homeowners and investors alike.
Here’s how I picture the flow. Each document opens with a strong cover and refined introductory spread, moves into clear package details and visuals, and closes with calls to action and contact information. I’ll supply the copy, project photos, and the specific price breakdowns; you bring the layout strategy, imagery touch-ups, and any graphic elements that keep the look cohesive.
