Design and Layout an Instruction manual

I am looking for a freelancer to design and layout an instruction manual for an industrial machine. The purpose of the manual is to provide step-by-step instructions to users. I already have the content written and it needs to be included in the manual. You may also need to edit and adjust images and diagrams provided. The manual will be in both paper and digital format. The current version of the manual is attached. The new one has approximately 4X the written content and a few more sections.

Skills and experience required for this project:
- Graphic design skills to create visually appealing layouts and designs for the manual
- Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe InDesign or Illustrator
- Experience in creating user-friendly and easy-to-follow instruction manuals
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate representation of the content
- Ability to work with both paper and digital formats to create a cohesive design
