Design Informative Educational Brochure for Clients

I'm looking for a professional designer who can create an engaging and informative educational brochure/journal targeted towards our clients. The primary objective of the brochure/journal is to provide information in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing way - use of graphics and prompts to engage client in process of completing the journal. The brochure/journal will need to be in a format that is editable by us such as Word or Canva so we can update information when needed. Most likely 12-16 pages single sided with cover.

Key requirements:
- Expertise in designing educational materials
- Ability to distill information into simple, digestible content
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience with designing for a client-focused audience
- Helpful if you have experience in health and wellness space
