Data Entry on Adobe InDesign Document

Job ID: 37246271

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am looking for a freelancer to assist me with data entry on an Adobe InDesign document. The specific data that needs to be entered is text only.

I have a template that I would like the freelancer to follow when entering the data.

The deadline for completing the data entry is within a week.

Skills and experience required for this project include:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to follow guidelines and templates
- Time management skills to meet the deadline.

The data that needs to be transferred into the InDesign document is located at: https://www.maine.gov/dacf/parks/water_activities/boating/public_boat_launches/boat_sites.shtml

The data is located in the table on the website, although I have changed some of the fields and entries. I have attached a graphic that shows the heading name changes and where they are located in the InDesign document.

Additional Heading Name Changes and Data Location Changes from the Online Spreadsheet to my InDesign Document:

1. Under the InDesing 'Parking' heading: With Trailer=Rig Parking on the online spreadsheet, Vehicles Only=Vehicle Parking on the online spreadsheet. If there is no number in the online table, leave them as they are (no change). If there is a number after these in the online table put the number in parentheses after the appropriate heading. For example if the online table shows: Rig Parking 6 and Vehicle Parking 3, enter in the document With Trailer (6), Vehicle Only (3)

2. If there is nothing after a heading in the online spreadsheet (other than the 'Rig Parking' and 'Vehicle Parking' headings) enter 'No.' For example, if the online spreadsheet has nothing listed after the 'ADA' heading, on the InDesign document enter 'ADA: No'

3. The 'Latitude' and 'Longitude' fields on the website have been merged to read 'GPS' on the InDesign document, and the two numbers are just separated by a comma and space.

4. In the online spreadsheet under the 'Type of Ramp' heading there are some changes. Enter the following into the InDesign document:

If it says this Online: Enter this in the InDesign Document:
Hard Hard
Gravel Gravel
Carry-In Gravel
Carry-In/Hard Hard
Landing Facility Floats
