DXBU cover and spine art

I need immediate help on this: I have designed cover and spine art that will be used to die stamp gold foil on a hardcover book that we sell. I need to generate a Vector-only PDF from the InDesign file for the die maker to use.

I will need help later this year on this: revising an InDesign file and generating printer-ready PDF for a 384-page book, including illustrations, etc.
