DTP of InDesign files - Localization

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help with a localization DTP project. The source language of the InDesign file is English. It is possible that there might be some assets (e.g. images, vectors, etc.) that may need to be localized, but this isn't certain. Additionally, it's not sure if there will be any changes that need to be made to the overall layout.
