I need a freelancer who can design professional Adobe PDF documents for me to use as job documents, business foms. These documents should be capable of incorporating my company logo and will include a mix of text, images, and tables. I only need one that I can re-use. The fields identified as customer I would like to be editable (populated for each job/project)
