Custom Adobe Illustrator Templates for Labels
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
As the client, I'm in need of someone skilled in Adobe Illustrator to create custom label templates, complete with variables for laser engraving. Here's what you need to know:
- The templates will be used for creating labels that will be engraved using a laser
- The design of the label should be typically rectangle in shape (eg. 10mm wide x 8mm high)
- The content within the label is variable, meaning it will change from job to job
- Due to the nature of the engraving process, a strong knowledge of setting variables within Illustrator is crucial
The ideal freelancer for this job:
- Is highly experienced in Adobe Illustrator
- Has prior experience creating variable templates
- Possess solid understanding of preparing files for laser engraving process
We would like basic instructions provided for internal use if the desired outcome is achieved.

There is a program called ecut (Variables) for CorelDraw that does exactly what is required but we use Adobe across our business and would like to solve this problem with Adobe if possible.
