Indesign Basic Layout

Very Simple Indesign Project. Two Items.
1. See the main body of the file. Note how the text does not always line up (right column and left columns don't line up) Format this so the text lines up. It appears I want to have a baseline grid. Ideally I want to be able to change font sizes in this template and everything will still line up. You will explain to me how you did this.
2. Need to Add Pages - Add 'A' Parent page. I can do this but the text does not continue on to them. Add these and tell me how you did this. (If you add text to the last page it does not carry over to the next page now. Fix this.)
Write 'Pears' in your proposal. If you don't I will delete your bid (avoiding the autobidders)
