Creative PDF Brochure for Podcast

I'm in need of a PDF brochure for my new podcast that informs potential guests about the show.
The design style I'm envisioning is creative as its for creatives working in Film, Television, Dance and Theatre , so it should stand out but still maintain a level of professionalism suitable for a podcast.
Key elements that should be included are:
- The topics and themes of the podcast
The ideal freelancer would have experience with graphic design, particularly with creating brochures, and be able to deliver a visually appealing and informative product.
Will be used to market by the casting agent to talent agencies to source and book guests plus need to also use to source and secure sponsors for the podcast
