Create price blocks - Adobe Indesign Script

Hi,
I need a script to Adobe Indesign whitch will create blocks with price, name, desc, exactly as the example block, from xls file/text area, or text block inside indesign, and new bloks will appear as some array in this file. If script will work witch xls/csv (I preffer), every data will be in columns, and next price will be in rows, but if script will work with text it could be that way, that first line is the price, secound item, third name, fourt and other as description, and next price will be after some delimeter eg. ---
