Create fillable pdfs for clients to complete
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to create fillable & signable pdfs for my clients to complete. The forms I need to create include 2 questionnaires. Both are very similar, however one (purchaser questionnaire) is a simple 1-2 page document, the other (vendor) is larger and more comprehensive - about 8 pgs. I also require about 6 costs agreements documents - all single page with the same layout, slightly different detail and wording.
I'll need the pdfs to be easy for me to edit without affecting functionality so that I can amend prices etc. when required.
I have an idea in mind for the design and layout of the forms. I have an example of each document form another business with the content required, however I'd like them to look slightly different and abviously with my own branding. I'm open to suggestions from the freelancer. The software that will be used to complete the forms is Adobe Acrobat. I would also like to receive a Word version of each document.
I also need an email signature which I can easily edit - the one I have was created by my sister in In Design, but I can't edit it, and it looks fuzzy when printed.
