Create book module using Blurb.com tools

We need a series of .psd and .pdf files turned into a book for publishing using Blurb. This can be done using Adobe InDesign and Blurb's plug in, or Blurb's Brookwright tool. The .pdf files will need some slight editing, e.g., resizing text, to ensure readability only the pages are sized.
