Create an attractive doughnut chart that can be edited afterwards

Hi everyone! I have sketched out a multilayered doughnut chart that I would like to have designed online. I'd like to be able to edit this afterward in Indesign or Adobe Illustrator. I should be able to edit the text afterwards and maybe add some layers or elements.

I'd like the doughnut chart to be attractive for our readers. I've added some pictures that we use in our communication so you could get an idea of the style that we'd like to portray!
