Create InDesign Document with data merge fields

I require a document created in Adobe InDesign that has fields available to be populated by data merge. I have Indesign software, so need the file supplied as indd file. Previous pdf file is attached from last year (2021 Sale Lot), this time there is changes to the layout. The file titled Template-3_29112021 shows a similar design and information that we need this year. the file you create will be a combination of the two. I have included a merge Fields excel file with no data.
